ServiceNow have created an Application in the Azure Gallery to create a Federation Relationship and User Provisioning from Azure AD to ServiceNow.

This also enables Role/Group Based Access Control to ServiceNow and Selv-Service Access Management, where a User can request Access to the service and it will be either automatically granted or granted access after approvel by the Service Manager. For example because the service requires further rights management within the service or to keep Control of Licenses.
The tutorial is pretty good, but missing a step before we can configure federation settings in ServiceNow Multi-Provider SSO mentioned in step 7.
In order for this to appear, we need to install the plugin ‘Integration – Multiple Provider Single Sign-On Installer’. Search for Plugin in the admin menu:
Search for Integration and scroll Down to ‘Integration – Multiple Provider Single Sign-On Installer’:
Open the Plugin and choose to Activate/Upgrade under Related Links:
Now we are able to continue the turtorial 🙂
